A 53" Super Soft Teddy Bear!!



We were shopping at Costco and it didn't take long for Derek to put this teddy bear in our shopping cart. He wanted to get it for his little girl. Then he put Cassidy in the cart to sit with her new friend. We almost lost Cassidy because the bear was so huge. It made everyone smile to see Cassidy cuddling with this bear that took over the whole shopping cart as we walked through the store. She had big smiles and kept giggling as she talked to her new friend. It was the best.

Cassidy came up with the name "Oatmeal" for her new friend. The first night Cassidy asked if Oatmeal could sleep with her in her bed. But we soon realized it was better if he sat next to her bed. :) She likes to cuddle with Oatmeal while watching cartoons. She wants to take him everywhere around the house, but it's not always easy. :)

Easter Eve

We had a White Easter! It snowed the night before. The Sky Sox baseball team was also having a game that night as you can see. I'm sure people were freezing.

Oakley and Cassidy enjoyed the snow. It was so pretty to see the snowflakes fall to the ground.

Disney on Ice

Cassidy and I went on a "Mommy/Daughter" date to watch the Disney Classic Princess Ice Skating show. It was magical! We Loved all of it! We will definitely go again. Cassidy dressed up in her Snow White dress for the evening. I loved watching her face light up and her sweet adoring smiles. I think I watched her more than the show. I will never forget sharing this moment with my little princess.
